Assalamualaikum...this pizza is totaly dilicious..today I will share with you my family pizza recipe.This recipe for 4 people. Ingredients : 1. Wheat Flour(300 gram) 2. Oregano 3.Yeast powder(only two teaspoon) 4. Water 5. Mozzarella cheese 6. Sos(any tomato sauce) 7. Capsicum 8. Sausages 9. Chicken/fish ball 10. mincemeat...daging cincang 11. Sugar.(hahaha forgot about sugar) Methods::...... Make the bread- stir the yeast with a mug not cup of warm water.. Put the flour in a bowl , put sugar a teblespoon. Then, put the yeast mixture. Mix it with hand...to make the bread use hand,..... (if you fell like not enough water add some..little more. And knead the mixture until it become a dough. Put the dough in a round shape baking container..(medium size).spread evenly Spread sause on top of the dough. Sprinkle the oregano Put the toppings lastly, put Mozzarella cheese as many as you like. Preheat oven to 425-450 degrees Farenheit B...
